Tucker Mays

Tucker Mays began his career in Wall Street with Goldman Sachs, and then moved to the consumer products industry to pursue his strong interest in marketing. Tucker has held marketing management positions with leading consumer products companies including Chesebrough Ponds and Miles Laboratories. At Miles, his last position was Vice President and General Manager of the Cutter Consumer Products Division.

Since then, Tucker held positions as President/COO for several mid-market consumer companies including Avia, Spinergy, and McLaren where he grew prominent U.S. and international brands.

Tucker holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a Mentor Program graduate of Corporate Coach University, and a founding member of the Executive Forum.

Bob Sloan, Co-Founder of Optimarket

Bob Sloane has held key leadership roles in the consumer products, sports/entertainment, B2B and public sectors. He rose through U.S. domestic and International marketing management positions in the Shulton consumer products division of American Cyanamid to become President of Shulton Canada, Inc. Subsequently Bob directed Colgate-Palmolive’s worldwide personal care products, and he then led marketing for the startup of NFL Europe. He later became an advisor to IBM and the White House.

Bob holds a BA from St. Francis College, and an MBA from Baruch College of CUNY. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Internet Marketing at St. Francis College, where he led the initiative to create an e-commerce concentration of study. Bob was a co-founder and the first Chairman of the Executive Forum, a premier executive career transition resource.

Jennifer Scott coaches OptiMarket clients in the use of the critically important LinkedIn online business tool to strengthen their networking efforts. She custom designs each client’s LinkedIn profile, and then shows them the most effective ways to connect with and rapidly increase their networking base.

Jennifer is a talent acquisition strategist with over 16 years of recruiting experience. As a recruiter, she is able to reverse-engineer the recruiting process, and with LinkedIn, enable clients to more effectively utilize this important job market resource. Jennifer is also Strategic Networking Adviser for the networking forum of Human Resources & Talent Management practitioners.

Stephen Horner has handled a variety of employment issues including employment agreements, contract issues and severance agreements during his successful thirty years of practice.

Awarded the highest evaluation rating in The Martindale-Hubble Law Directory, Steve has a diverse clientele in a multitude of different fields and industries. He is a graduate of Dickinson College, and earned both an MBA and Law degree from Temple University. Steve is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York.

George has spent over a decade coaching senior level executives. Earlier in his career George held general management, marketing, and sales roles at Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola and J.D. Power and Associates as ceo of its Power Information Network spin off. He has a Harvard AB degree and a Wharton MBA.
