Pat Drew helps executives determine the types of jobs, responsibilities,
and company environments that are best suited to their skills,
operating styles, and personalities.
Pat
has coached over 100 executives in both corporate and clinical
environments. Her practice focuses on helping individuals
better understand their unique personalities and style in
order to make wiser choices and manage people in organizations
more effectively. Pat has a Masters degree in Psychology and
advanced training in psychotherapy. She is a past faculty
member at both New York University and Columbia University
graduate schools.

Dinah Day strengthens executive interviewing skills with companies
and recruiters as well as interaction with networking contacts.
Dinah demonstrates how individuals are actually perceived
by others, often differently than they believe, and makes
specific recommendations how to significantly enhance presentation
skills to improve results.

over 15 years Dinah Day has been coaching individuals and
groups to learn to communicate more effectively with greater
confidence and charisma. With her broad experience in both
neurolinguistics and career development, Dinah has been able
to tailor her coaching to meet any client’s communication
needs. Dinah has appeared both nationally and internationally
on both radio and television talk shows.

Alison Walsh provides administrative support for OptiMarket
clients in the preparation of their direct marketing campaigns,
personal letterhead design and business cards. Alison also
manages OptiMarket databases of executive recruiters,
researchers, and private equity/venture capital firms for
the development of customized target lists for each client.
Alison has extensive experience as an executive level administrator.

Stephen Horner has handled a variety of employment issues
including employment agreements, contract issues and severance
agreements during his successful thirty years of practice.
Awarded
the highest evaluation rating in The Martindale-Hubble Law
Directory, Steve has a diverse clientele in a multitude of
different fields and industries. He is a graduate of Dickinson
College, and earned both an MBA and Law degree from Temple
University. Steve is a member of the Labor and Employment
Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and is admitted
to practice in both Connecticut and New York.

George Bradt provides customized OnBoarding mentoring to newly
hired executives during the critical first 90-day adaptation
phase. His unique approach concentrates on a multi-dimensional
stakeholder and situation assessment to help new leaders think
through and accelerate their own and the new team's transitions.
George
has spent over a decade coaching senior level executives.
Earlier in his career George held general management, marketing,
and sales roles at Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, Disney,
and Unilever. He has a Harvard AB degree and a Wharton MBA.
